Fizik online store

Anyone purchase from the Fizik online store. I bought shoes from them and can't seem to contact them for a return. They claim to have free returns, I fill out the return form and get an automated reply but they never respond. Very frustrating.

I ordered a few components a year ago and everything went smooth. No experience with returns though

I bought a handlebar and it arrived very quickly. I like it a lot. No experience with returns.

I had a defective saddle bought trough competitive cyclist and Fizik handled it through their website smoothly.

When did you send the enquiry?
I know some people have been out of the office for a few days due to some public holidays and an extended weekend.

I returned one or two things a couple of years ago. No problem.

shoes returns

I've purchased 3 different sizes of shoes from them, knowing they have free return shipping. Was an easy process with no problems.

Well I tried the return again and the automated return says misspelled address and to contact customer service. I contact customer service and get another automated reply. But no humans. They had no problem with address selling me the shoe.
